Downline Meeting Part ll

This is what I had ready for my down line to make at the meeting. The inspiration came from our monthly newsletter that Stampin' Up! sends to us. I changed the colors around added my own touch and I love the results! Here is a side angle. You could put lotions, candles, candy, small cards, or an electronic device inside. All would fit perfectly.....

Okay how to make this:

follow these measurements:

DSP Paper 12x4 score at 5" on either side

Pacific Point Paper 11x 1 1/2" score at 2,4 and 7,9

Top Note (bigz die) score at 1 1/2" on either side

You can make three of these cuties with one sheet of 12x12 paper and some scrapes ;)

Here is my inspiration:

I am here to help you with your scrappin' and stampin' needs. Let me know how I may help. Have a wonderful day and remember to click here to shop the easy way 24 hours a day ;) Sue

Old Band-Aid Box

As a crafter, you always look at things in a different way. Here is an empty Band Aid box that I used with Rub-On's from last years Sale-a-bration.

I filled the inside with 3x3 cards. Rub-On's are incredible to use. They go any where you want them too. Even shower curtains! A few other ideas are: cell phone, purse, rear view mirror, lap top computer, of course cards, picture frames....... the list goes on.

Check out the new Rub-On's in the Mini Occasions. These come in four colors! Very fun.

Thanks for checking in, Sue

Links Removed

Thank you for a fabulous, fun day on the blog tour. Thank you also for your wonderful and generous comments. I really enjoyed reading them. A person can feel kinda lonely out here in blog space sometimes. It is refreshing to read that you all like what I have to share ;)

To those who are just now reading about the tour I wanted to let you know that the links have been deactivated. The tour is designed to only last one day. However, with this amazing response from all of you, I will sign up for next blog tour scheduled in June.

No post is complete without a picture. So here is my latest scrapbook page.
I love the new circle scissors. The three circles here were cut with it. The alphabet was cut out using the big shot and the natural serif die.
Never again will I have to worry about not having enough letters for my story.

Thanks for stopping by and also a big THANK YOU to all my new subscribers! Sue

Blog tour is active: April 27th at 8am

Tour #2 Stop #8 Window Sheets.....Thank you for joining me. At the bottom of this post will be a link to continue the tour to stop #9. When you keep visiting each blog, by clicking that blogs link, you will eventually be brought back around to this stop. There are 19 total stops. No matter where you begin you will be able to visit the whole tour by attending each blog.

Blog Candy: Please leave a comment on my blog. Include in your comment your name and email address. At the end of the day I will randomly pick a person to receive the two cards I have made and displayed here at this post.

Window Sheets

This box was created with our new die cut ,Box #2, for the Big Shot die cutting machine. The Window Sheets I used on this is the Thick 20 mil. It is very thick and works wonderful for making sturdy boxes!

I used the Window Sheet Medium 7mil here for the flower. The flower is also a die with the Big Shot. It is called flowers, daisies #2 die.

For this card I used the top note die and also the Medium 7mil Window sheets. The big shot did such a beautiful job cutting out the plastic. The Big shot can also cut through 49 other materials. To view the list look to the right of my blog and click on Big Shot located under Labels.

Here I created a gift box with the lid using the Medium 7mil Window Sheet. Either weight (7 mil or 20 mil)would have worked out beautifully.

Here is another angle:

A another recap of what I made with using the Window sheets. Who know how much fun they would be to work with ;)
