Snow Swirled

I am loving this stamp set and I can tell many of you do too just by the orders I am receiving for it. There is so much you can do with this set! Here are a few examples (please note I did not create all these samples....An I try to give credit to those who I know created them. The colors used on the card below are from the In Color family: Pacific Point and Baja Breeze and of course what would we do without Whisper White paper.

I really enjoyed re-making this Snow flake card. Tip stamp it on glossy paper then use a sponge to apply the color.

The pink you see is our beautiful In Color Pink Pirouette. It is the lightest most delicate pink I have seen.

I also re-created this card Ornaments who would have thought! Tip emboss your snow flakes with White embossing powder to give a sharper image.

The colors used are from the newest In Color papers: Riding Hood Red, Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze, and Whisper White.

Holiday Card Class

Come and create your Holiday cards with me. I love to spoil you and will have everything pre-cut and scored. All you have to do is stamp and assemble.
In this class you will make 12 cards 4 each of 3 different designs.

One of the cards you will be creating will hold gift cards another card will impress your recipient by how it is folded and the last card is elegantly embossed.

Thursday November 20th 5:30 to 8:30
Friday November 21st 5:30 to 8:30

Bring: glue, scissors, bone folder, personal paper cutter/trimmer (this is optional but would be very helpful). Please also include a food dish to share with everyone.

Make your own Pizza Box!

I love making this box. If you have been to any of my classes recently you know how much I love this box and the cards that accompany it. I also love my blog because now I get to share this pattern with all of you.

Pattern:

8 x 12 piece of paper

Score on the long side at 1", 5 1/2", 6 1/2", & 11"

Turn and score at 1" & 7"

Now cut as the picture indicates on the score line & to the score line

Fold on the score line and push in the tads and adhere adhesive to them. I did not adhere the bottom of the box in this picture so you could see how it tucks in. Hint: Use sticky strip adhesive for this project. A much stronger bond. Hint: I also used a 3/4" punch to punch a partial circle in the middle of the lid for ease of opening. Plus it gives a nice professional look.

There you have it the Pizza Box. Very simple and uses only one sheet of 12x12 paper. Gotta love that!

Supplies used: 12x12 Chocolate Chip paper, Creamy Caramel paper, Stamp set is Season of Friendship, Ink close to cocoa, riding hood red and whisper white craft ink. Ribbon is Taffeta Riding hood red and photo corners punch.
